Your Pets Best Friend was set up and is run by Una O'Neill Thornbury. She set up Your Pets Best Friend in the Dublin area, when she realised that it was a service which she needed a few times a year when going away and needed someone to look after her two cats. Una volunteered in the DSPCA walking dogs and looking after cats. She has a massive love for all animals and understands how important your little pet is to your family.
Dog Walking
Your Pets Best Friend understands how busy life can be and that sometimes it can be your dog that suffers. We offer a reliable and flexible dog walking service which will provide you with peace of mind that your best friend is getting exercise and is happy!
It is said that an unexercised dog can behave badly so this service could correct behavioural problems.
Service includes:
One hour dog walking in your local area
On/off lead
Treats
Poo bags for cleaning up
Water
Toys
Towel Dry on return if wet

Your Pets Best Friend offers a brilliant pet sitting service which means you don't have to worry about putting your beloved pet in kennels or a cattery.
This is an extremely convenient service as there is no transport involved or upset for your pet. The pet sitting takes place in your home to ensure that your little pets routine is not changed in anyway. Our service is tailored to suit you and your pet. Your house will also be in safe hands as we will bring in post, milk, bins, turn on and off lights and even water plants!
Service Includes:
A one hour visit in the morning and evening to feed your pet, bring for a walk, clean litter, let out to the toilet etc
Daily Pet Diary will be written each day for your viewing on your return, some clients even like text messages from their beloved pets!

I don't know how much to thank you for walking Lexi. It was great knowing Icould rely on you for the whole month of April when I was up to my eyes with work, knowing my little Lexi was been walked and getting your love and attention really put my mind at ease and i felt slightly less guilty!! I will definitely be calling on you again same time next year and maybe even coming up to Christmas.

Thanks so much Una for minding Miller for the first month i had him. I was so nervous having him home alone for those first few weeks while I was at work. You don't know what it meant not having to worry and think about him during the day. He really seemed to bond with you and still remembers your name and runs to the door when I say it, it's so funny, he will be dying for us to go on a holiday so he can have "his best friend" calling over to visit and bring him for walks! It really is a great service you are providing.
